A Unique Kitchen
The kitchen at Hvidøre is in a class apart. I am not thinking about the beautiful location at Øresund nor that the chefs have a real French Molteni stove.
I am thinking about the way the chefs create extra-ordinary gastronomy and which to a great extent is due to the unusual way the kitchen team works together. Generally the recipes are easy to work with. You will also find some challenges as the winding path to tastiness is long and demanding, but worth it.
